Privacy Policy

1.   How we obtain your data

 Obtaining personal data is carried out from the use of the Savetime application (hereinafter, Savetime, the application or the platform), as well as other methods such as communication by any electronic / digital or physical means of communication with those responsible of the application or through browsing web pages with which Savetime is related.

 

2.   Types of data obtained

In accordance with Law 15/2003, of December 18, Qualified for the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LPDP) Savetime will record the personal data it requires in order to offer its clients all the services that it has or may have in the future.

 In a non-limiting way, the type of data will be limited to the name, surname, contact, address, payment information (the latter information will be limited to the data necessary to make payments or consult the payment relationship) or also those data more techniques, such as information and location of electronic devices used by users or the telephone company with which they operate. In this sense, all customer data will be recorded in the confidential electronic file “SAVETIME USERS" created for this purpose, data to which the specific user of the platform will have access whenever requested in advance.

 In any case, Savetime will not collect any sensitive data that the LPDP collects.

 

3.   Use of data

 The use of the data will be limited to the services that the application can offer and that are either requested by the users or those that Savetime deems will be useful for the client. In addition, the data collected from the user may be used, where appropriate, to carry out corporate operations, such as mergers, sales, reorganizations, transfers of assets or businesses, acquisitions, bankruptcy proceedings or similar events.

 The treatment of these data will scrupulously obey the commandments of the indicated law.

 The data indicated in the previous section will only be transferred to suppliers or third companies with whom Savetime has a relationship. In this case, the platform will ensure that providers and third parties comply with the treatment in accordance with the legal requirements of the LDPL, or the legislation of foreign countries regarding the protection of personal data.

 

4.   Data retention

 The conservation of the data obtained from the Savetime user will be adjusted to the necessary time and during the period provided for the fulfillment of the services offered, or likewise during the period expressly established by the applicable laws and regulations, such as the conservation of data for regulatory purposes .

 

 5.   Right of access, rectification and deletion

In accordance with the LDPL, all Savetime users will have the recognized rights of access, rectification and deletion of the personal data obtained through the application. In the event that you wish to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, the client must contact the person in charge designated for that purpose via the email support@savetime.es.

 

 6.   Right to revoke your consent

If the user has given their consent to Savetime for any management related to their information, it can be withdrawn at any time, requesting it through any means of electronic communication to those responsible for the application. In the latter case, it is noted that the revocation of consent will not imply that an illegitimate use has been made of the data provided during the time of use.
